What is your current processing time?

Our current processing time is one week as everything is handmade to order. Please note this timeline is subject to. change, but we will keep you updated on processing times as much as possible.

What style of bandanas do you offer?

Our bandanas come in the traditional triangle tie-on style, with the option to add on snaps, free of charge.

What materials are your bandanas?

While most of our bandanas are 100% Cotton, please refer to each listing for an accurate material description. We sometimes find super cute prints or fabrics, that just don't come in cotton and we simply cannot resist sharing! Our bandanas also come with a minimal silicone tag.

How do I care for my bandana?

We recommend you hand wash cold, lay flat to dry & iron on low, as needed. Do not place them in the dryer. When ironing, please be mindful to not iron the tag or directly on any vinyl.

Do you customize bandanas?

Yes, we do! We offer vinyl name & birthday customization. If you have any other ideas for a custom bandana, send me a message! I’d love to work on something together :)

I ordered a bandana, but want to add my pup's name. Can I edit my order?

Absolutely! If your order has not been packaged, we can definitely make that adjustment. You just need to purchase the add-on here.

Are you looking for ambassadors?

We currently only add ambasssadors when our search is open! The best way to keep up with searches is signing up for our newsletter and following us on Instagram. We post all shop & team updates there :)

What are your bandana measurements?

We currently offer bandanas in small, medium & large. If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our detailed size guide!

My pup is in between sizes, what do you recommend?

If your pup is in between sizes, I recommend ordering a size up as the bandanas can be folded down for a perfect fit. This will also allow more print visibility. You can also opt to add snaps instead, as they allow more flexibility and won't leave you with a lot of left over fabric.

What are snaps & how can I use them?

Snaps are buttons that go on each end of your bandana. By adding snaps, you'll have the option of tying a double knot & snapping for extra security, doing one loop & then snapping, or simply just snapping the bandana on. It makes our bandanas even more adjustable, especially for growing pups!

Shipping and Handling

We offer worldwide shipping. All US orders ship free via USPS.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Please allow one week processing time for us to handmake your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

Please note that once your item is in possession of the carrier we have no control over any delays or lost items.

How do you ship my products?

We ship domestic packages through USPS. All domestic orders ship free.
International shipping varies by country and availability.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout. Moose Prints is not responsible for paying custom or duty fees.

Moose Prints is not responsible for any delays or lost items, once it is in possession of the mail carrier it is completely out of our control. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 longer delays may occur.

*AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS - please note that USPS is not currently accepting packages to Australia. Therefore, we offer shipping via DHL. We understand that shipping to Australia is expensive right now, and hope we can return to using USPS very soon. Thanks for understanding <3

My package says delivered but its not here can you help?

We are so sorry your package is missing! While we understand the frustration that comes with a missing package, please understand that once the package is in possession of the carrier, it is completely out of our control.

The best way to try to locate your package is to file a claim directly with USPS as soon as possible by clicking here.

You'll be required to fill out a form with details about your delivery address and USPS will then conduct a search and try to locate your package.

We hope you understand that as a small business, it is very difficult for us to offer refunds and/or replacements for lost packages as carrier issues are completely out of our control and many times we no longer have the item in stock.

Return & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order has shipped, we are unable to alter, cancel or refund your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for your pup! 

I ordered the wrong size, can you adjust it?

If your order has not been made, I can certainly make an adjustment. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to edit your order.

If you received an order that is ~too large~ on your pup and need the bandana to be a smaller size we can absolutely make that adjustment. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

If this is something you want to do, please contact us and we will send you a link to pay for shipping. We will then generate a shipping label and email it over to you.

* This only applies if you need an ~uncustomized~ bandana sized down. I cannot exchange it for a larger size as I usually don't have any fabric left over! Customized bandanas cannot be adjusted.

Can I return a gift card?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
